<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parameter setting apparatus capable of holding/reflecting an offset value corresponding to the situation even in a different scene. <P>SOLUTION: A parameter value read from a parameter memory 1 is inputted to an adding buffer 10 via an adder 4. Since an offset value is inputted from an offset buffer 3 to the adder 4, a value inputted to the adding buffer 10 becomes a value adding the offset value to the parameter value. Thus, all read parameters can be reflected with the offset value without changing contents of the parameter memory 1. Furthermore, when contents of the adding buffer 10 are changed by an input/display device 11, the changed value is calculated by a subtracter 12 and written in the offset buffer 3.
