An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) is provided to minimize permeation of oxygen and moisture through a film by using water repellent layers even when using the synthetic resin film as a substrate of the OLED. An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) includes a base film(10), a sealing film(50), a sealant(70), water-repellent layers(15,55), and a getter(60). The base film has an anode electrode(20), an organic light emitting unit(30), and a cathode electrode(40) on a first surface. The sealing film seals the first surface of the substrate to shield the anode electrode, the organic light emitting unit, and the cathode electrode from the outside. The sealant is coated along an edge between the base film and the sealing film to couple the base film and the sealing film and seal an inner space between the base film and the sealing film. The water-repellent layers are coated on a second surface of the base film and an outer surface of the sealing film to prevent permeation of moisture. The getter is installed on an inner surface of the sealing film to absorb moisture and air. |
