PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive seamless belt which can be used appropriately not only as a developer carrier in a electrophotographic system but also as a roller coating tube, a destaticization belt, etc., and has uniform resistance. SOLUTION: A resin composition containing 94-84vol.% of polyvinylidene fluoride at least 4.5g/10min in melt flow rate and 6-16vol.% of conductive carbon black dispersed in the polymer is extruded in a tubular shape and formed into a film, and the film is cut perpendicularly to the extrusion direction to obtain a conductive seamless belt in which the surface resistivity of each part of the belt is 1×10 deg.-1×10<8>Ω/square and the maximum surface resistivity of the surface and back of the belt is 1-30 times that of the minimum. |
