Disclosed is a pharmaceutical product comprising: a) a plurality of extruded particles, each of the particles comprising an adverse agent, preferably an opioid antagonist dispersed in a matrix; b) a layer disposed about the extruded particles, the matrix and the layer sequesting the adverse agent in an intact dosage form.
