<p>The invention relates to an adhesive system based on natural and butadiene-styrene elastomer to be used for the hot sealing of rubber articles with or without metal insertion, conveyor belts with metal cord insertion. According to the invention, the adhesive system consists of an adhesive composition comprising 70 parts by weight natural rubber, 30 parts by weight butadiene-styrene rubber, 20 parts by weight zinc oxide, 15 parts by weight china-clay, 25 parts by weight ferric oxide, 18 parts by weight resorcin, 90 parts by weight furnace black, 0.2 parts by weight 2-mercaptobenzothiazole, 2.8 parts by weight tetramethylthiuram disulphide and 39 parts by weight of sulphur, a plating composition comprising 80 parts by weight natural rubber, 20 parts by weight butadiene-styrene rubber, 5 parts by weight zinc oxide, 2 parts by weight phenylbetanaphthyl amine, 1 part by weight zinc oxide, 1 part by weight stearin, 45 part by weight furnace black, 0.8 parts by weight morpholinbenzothiazylsulphene amide and 2.3 parts by weight sulphur, and an adhesive solution comprising 15...20% adhesive composition dissolved in organic solvents selected from toluene, dichloromethane and trichloroethylene.</p> |
