PROCESSED VOLCANIC ROCK AND ITS METHOD

A processed volcanic rock and its manufacturing method are provided to optimize nutrient and water retaining abilities and a rooting rate when using the volcanic rock as the soil for gardening, and to obtain a high indoor-air cleaning effect. A processed volcanic rock is manufactured by the steps of: (a) putting a volcanic rock of 30~100cm size in a mill, and milling them in 2~5cm size; (b) putting the milled volcanic rock in a rotary polishing tub to polish the rough surface; (c) burning the polished volcanic rock at 200~500°C to remove impurities in its pores; (d) washing the burnt volcanic rock in a wash tub to remove the remaining impurities; and (e) naturally drying or hot-air drying the washed volcanic rock.
