The invention relates to devices for obtaining heat, formed differently than as a result of fuel burning, and can be used in the systems for hot-water heating of living quarters. The cavitational-rotary heat-generator consists of a cylindrical body (1) equipped with heated liquid inlet (2) and outlet (3) branch pipes, into the cavity of which there are placed two coaxial rings, the inner one, rigidly mounted about the body (1), and the outer one, fixed onto a disk (8), mounted onto the drive shaft, at the same time into the inner and outer rings there are made radial holes. Novelty consists in that the heat-generator is additionally equipped with rings of different diameters, a part (11) of which are coaxially mounted in a plane, rigidly about the body (1) and are placed one into another with clearance, which together with the inner ring form a fixed block, the other part (9) of which are coaxially fixed one into another with clearance onto the disk (8), which together with the outer ring form a rotary block, at the same time the blocks are placed in parallel planes coaxially to each other, and the rings of the fixed (11) and rotary (9) blocks are placed into one another. Into the rings (9 and 11) of the blocks there are made radial holes. Onto the part of the disk (9), opposite to the ring placement, there are mounted blades (14) for swirling and outlet of the heated liquid. Onto the lateral surface of the outer ring (9) of the rotary block there are fixed swirler blades (13). The inner ring (9) of the rotary block is equipped with heated liquid supply blades (12), mounted therein from the end of the inlet branch pipe (2).
