A pattern structure in a heavy-duty pneumatic radial tire is provided to increase durability of the tire by preventing separation from generating due to generation of heat in traveling. A pattern structure in a heavy-duty pneumatic radial tire comprises vertical grooves(G1,G2,G3,G4,G5), a horizontal groove(G6), main blocks(B3,B4), semi blocks(B2,B5), shoulder blocks(B1,B6), first minor grooves, a second minor groove, and plural sipes(K1). The vertical grooves consist of a center groove(G3) at the center of a thread ground surface, main grooves(G2,G4) at two sides of the thread ground surface, and semi grooves(G1,G5) at two sides of the main grooves. The horizontal groove is formed at a shoulder part of the tire with the same pitch(P) with the vertical grooves. The main blocks partition the center groove and the main grooves. The semi blocks partition the main grooves and the semi grooves. The shoulder blocks partition one side of the semi grooves and the shoulder part. The first minor grooves of a stepped type are arranged at the semi blocks with predetermined intervals to be communicated with the semi grooves and the main grooves. The second minor groove is arranged at the center between the first minor grooves in an S-type. The plural sipes at the blocks are parallel to two sides of the semi grooves and the main grooves toward the width direction of the thread to have predetermined intervals.
