A pipe arrangement structure of a dual type air conditioning system for a vehicle is provided to prevent of the volume efficiency of a compressor from decreasing through constraining the heat transfer between pipes of the system such that the performance of the air conditioning system is enhanced. A pipe arrangement structure of a dual type air conditioning system for a vehicle comprises a front air conditioning unit, a rear air conditioning unit, a compressor(30) for compressing refrigerant, and a condenser(40) for condensing the compressed refrigerant from the compressor. The pipe arrangement structure includes a rear evaporator outlet pipe(82) to discharge the refrigerant from a rear evaporator(80), a rear evaporator inlet pipe(81) introducing the condensed refrigerant from the condenser into the rear evaporator, a rear heater core outlet pipe(102) discharging a cooling water from a rear heater core(100), a rear heater core inlet pipe(101) introducing a cooling water into the rear heater core.
