A double wall sack paper and a manufacturing apparatus thereof are provided to save production cost through low price of APP and to improve recycling ability of the paper by good separable feature of APP. A double wall sack paper comprises a craft paper as an outer paper and a film paper as an inner paper. An apparatus for manufacturing the double wall sack paper includes: the first unwinding roll(110) where the craft paper(11) is supplied; the second unwinding roll(130) where the film paper(13) is supplied; an adhesive applying device(170); and a cooling implement(190) for curing the applied adhesive.
