<p>The invention relates to a bioactive product with antiulcerous activity comprising 40...50% m/m total flavones expressed as rutoside, 2...4%m/m polyphenol carboxylic acids expressed as caffeic acid, proteins and minerals. The process for preparing the claimed product consists in sucessively extracting the dry and ground vegetable material consisting of a 1 : 1 m/m mixture of the species Centaurea cyanus L-herba and Plantago lanceolata L-folium, twice with distilled water, at an extraction ratio of 1 : 17 m/v, and twice with a distilled water : acetone mixture, at a solvent ratio 1 : 2 and 1 : 1 v/v, respectively, and an extraction ratio of 1 : 15 m/v, at the reflux temperature of solvents and under stirring, isolating the polysaccharidic fraction by precipitating the aqueous extracts coalesced with polar solvents, isolating the polyphenolic fraction consisting of the ethyl acetate-soluble fraction extracted from the coalesced filtrates resulting from polysaccharide precipitation, and the aqueous fraction resulting from the extraction of coalesced hydroacetonic extracts with dichloro-methane, and coalescing the polysaccharidic fractions with the polyphenolic fraction.</p> |
