An assembly type playing house for education and toy is provided to enable children to do building and drawing simultaneously, and to learn other race's life or customs indirectly through various houses or buildings. An assembly type playing house for education and toy includes an upper body(3), a lower body, and a connection board body. The board bodies have a fastening projection(12) formed on one side, and a fastening groove(13) formed on the other side to correspond to the fastening projection. The playing house such as a pyramid, a tepee, and an igloo is assembled by repeated connection of the board bodies using the fastening projection and fastening groove.
