A neck therapeutic device is provided to apply a uniform level of force to the entire neck muscle for more effective massages, while moving along a non-fixed shape curve corresponding to the neck. A neck therapeutic device comprises: a main body(10); a pair of guide bodies(20,30); a pair of pressure parts(40); a mount(50); a neck stand(60), a drive unit(70), a link(80), and a cover(90). The guide bodies are fixed to a bottom face(12) of the body, and each has a groove shape guide(22,32) curved corresponding to the curve of a neck. The pressure parts are formed in a roller having a rim(42) and a hub(44). The neck stand is arranged between the guide bodies, and includes a plate-shape support(62) and a neck bedplate(64) formed at the upper end of the support, being curved like the neck shape.
