An air cleaning equipment using vegetable mucus is provided to produce clean air at a low cost by using a pollution-free filter solution that is capable of absorbing fine dust and floating bacteria or contaminants in air. In an air cleaning equipment for cleaning air using a filter solution(21), an air cleaning equipment using vegetable mucus comprises: a first filter part(10) including a first filter(11) for filtering dust and alien substances in air, a second filter(12) made of a mesh which performs a sterilizing operation of air passing through the first filter, and to which a high voltage current is applied, and a suction fan(13) for sucking in air; a second filter part(20) in which the filter solution is filled to a specified level, and into which air passing through the first filter part flows so that the air flows through the second filter part from a lower side to an upper side, the second filter part including a perforated plate(22) which is installed horizontally, and in which holes with fine diameter are punched so that the air flown in from the lower part is dispersed into the filter solution in the form of fine air bubbles and uniformly comes in contact with the filter solution, and scattering preventing plates(23) installed above the surface of the filter solution to prevent scattering of the air bubbles that has passed through the filter solution; and a third filter part(30) including water absorption filters(31) through which air passing through the second filter part flows from a lower side to an upper side to remove water, and an exhaust port installed in a top part of the third filter part to exhaust cleaned air to the outside, wherein the filter solution of the second filter part is vegetable mucus.
