A rib reinforced endplate connected part is provided to secure internal force and ductility of an endplate even if the thickness of the endplate is small, and to guide ductile fracture of the endplate stably by welding a reinforcing rib on an upper surface of a steel part and a projected surface of the endplate. A rib reinforced endplate connected part comprises a steel column(10), an endplate(30), and a steel beam(20). The endplate are combined with a column surface by bolts(35). An end of the steel beam is welded at the endplate. The endplate has a projected surface protruded to upper and lower surfaces of the steel beam. A reinforcing rib(40) is welded on an upper surface of the steel part and a projected surface of the endplate. An opening(50) is formed at the edge between the upper surface of the steel beam and the projected surface of the endplate.
