A safety fence is provided to insert drivers or drills in combining holes and to press fitting parts so that the fitting parts are easily separated from the combining holes, thereby replacing the sheet rapidly. A safety fence(1) comprises a body frame(2), and supporters(6). The body frame has a pair of legs(21) and connecting bars(22). The body frame is installed with supporting bars(3) having combining holes(31,31') at two ends of the body frame. Fixing bars(4) are installed at the combining holes. Fixed hole parts(51) are installed at two ends of the fixing bars. A safety display sheet(5), made of a flexible material, has a safety phrase(52) and reflective films(53). Supporting rods(6) with groove parts(61) are fitted at the lower ends of the legs. Fitting parts(431,431') are placed through operational holes of bodies of the fixing bars.
