A bottle cap for addition of an additive is provided to improve a sealing property in keeping, and to promote stability and drinking property in use. A bottle cap for addition of an additive includes: a sealing container(10) receiving the additive by being connected to the inner wall of an entrance of the bottle, and having seal rupture films(11,12) formed on the upper and lower ends; an embedded rupture tool(20) positioned in the sealing container, and rupturing the lower rupture film in descending; and a rupture dam(30) operating to add the additive to contents in the bottle by rupturing the upper seal rupture film in descending by being positioned on the upper end of the sealing container, and making the lower end of the embedded rupture tool rupture the lower seal rupture film by lifting the embedded rupture tool down.
