PURPOSE: To provide a communication system or the like by which a user can purchase desired music data or the like with a simple procedure. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of the music data with the restriction on reproduction are previously stored in an audio reproduction system SAS. When the user determines the music data to be purchased(i.e. to be released of the restriction on reproduction) by making reproduction, trial listening, etc., of the music data, the user accesses a content server CS by operating his or her own mobile terminal PS and makes a request for releasing of the restriction on this music data. The content server CS forms the information to release the restriction necessary for releasing the restriction on reproduction of the music data corresponding to this request and transmits the information to the mobile terminal PS. Such information to release the restriction is transmitted from the mobile terminal PS to the system SAS and the restriction on reproduction of the music data is released in the system SAS. |
