摘要 <p>The integrated contactless current measurement transducer includes apart from at least one integrated magnetic field sensor (MFS), having its output signal proportional to the measured electric current, at least one integrated magnetic field sensor (MFS') having its output proportional to the value of the time derivation of the measured electric current. The (MFS') sensor output is connected to the integrator (In) input, having its output via a high frequency band filter (HF) connected to the first input of the totalizer (S), featuring an output (o) showing the quantification signal of the measured electric current. The (MFS) sensor output is via a low-band filter connected to the other input of the totalizer (S). The time factors of both filters (LF, HF) are the same. The output signal of the low-band filter (LF) is amplified by the amplifier (A), while the integrator (In) features an adjustable integration factor. The (MSF) sensor can be a Hall element, while the (MFS') sensor can be a coil, which is for example made in the highest metalisation level of the integrated circuit.</p>
