Disclosed is a stabilized HSA-free liquid pharmaceutical composition comprising an interferon-beta (IFN-beta) wherein the composition is in a solution that comprises a buffer, a surfactant, an isotonicity agent and an antioxidant, and wherein said anti-oxidant is methionine. Further to this, the IFN-beta is human recombinant IFN-beta and the pH is between about 3 and about 5.
