The arrangement (11') has an auditory canal insert (13') arranged at an ear-sided end of a flexible auditory hose (15'), where the auditory canal insert has a curvature along a process of a channel (17'). The auditory canal insert is formed with a rigid material than the auditory hose, and designed as a plastically deformed molded article. The auditory canal insert has a retainer for an attachment made of elastomer material. The arrangement is connected with a hearing aid unit of a hearing aid system by the auditory hose.
