The lock has a light, and remote control for unlocking the lock and exhibiting a light switching device, where the closing condition of the lock is indicated by the light. A battery is chargeable with electricity from a bicycle dynamo for supplying the lock with energy to receive signals of the remote control, where the lock is closed in a discharging condition of the battery and can be mechanically opened. A global positioning system (GPS) -locating device is provided at a frame of the bicycle.
