The hybrid electric generator can be widely used in various rotational energy converters, in particular converters where the received primary energy is inconstant, such as wind turbines as well as high and low tides turbines. The hybrid electric generator (1) represents a combination of one or several rotational electric generators (2) and one or several reciprocating electric generators (3), each of them being connected to a common shaft (4) by means of controllable couplings (5 and 6), thanks to which it is possible to always keep active an optimal number and kind of generators (2 and 3), so that the energy converted into electricity has the highest value at any working moment.
