THE MANUFACTURING METHOD COMPRISES THE FOLLOWING PROCESSES: PROCESS (1) COMPRISING: CLEANING THE SURFACES OF THE SUBSTRATE SLAB (13) AND THAT OF THE CLAD PLATE (14) THAT ARE TO BE CLAD TOGETHER AND PREPARING TWO (IN THE CASE OF DOUBLE-PLATE COMPOSITE PLATE/COIL) OR THREE SETS (IN THE CASE OF TRIPLE-PLATE COMPOSITE PLATE/COIL) OF SUPERIMPOSED PLATES COMBINATION WITH THE STACKING SEQUENCE: SUBSTRATE SLAB (13)-BRAZING FILLER (15) -CLAD PLATE (14); PROCESS (2) COMPRISING: PREPARING SUPERIMPOSED PLATES COMBINATION WITH A STACKING SEQUENCE: SUBSTRATE SLAB (13)-BRAZING FILLER (15)-CLAD PLATE (14)-ANTI ADHESIVE PASTE (16)-CLAD PLATE (14) -BRAZING FILLER (15) -SUBSTRATE SLAB (13) IN THE CASE OF DOUBLE-PLATE COMPOSITE METAL PLATE/COIL OR A STACKING SEQUENCE: TOP SUBSTRATE SLAB (13), INTERLAYER OF BRAZING FILLER (15), CLAD PLATE (14), ANTI-ADHESION PASTE (16), CLAD PLATE (14),INTERLAYER OF BRAZING FILLER (15), MIDDLE SUBSTRATE SLAB (13), INTERLAYER OF BRAZING FILLER (15), CLAD PLATE (14), ANTI-ADHESION PASTE (16), CLAD PLATE (14), INTERLAYER OF BRAZING FILLER (15) AND BOTTOM SUBSTRATE SLAB (13) IN THE CASE OF TRIPLE-PLATE COMPOSITE METAL PLATE/COIL; PROCESS (3) COMPRISING: WELDING THE SUBSTRATE SLAB (13) TOGETHER ALONG THEIR PERIMETERS; DRILL AN OPENING (18) ON THE WELDED AREA (17) IN THE CASE OF DOUBLE-PLATE COMPOSITE METAL PLATE AND AN OPENING (18) EACH ON EACH BAND OF WELDED AREAS (17) IN THE CASE OF TRIPLE-PLATE COMPOSITE METAL PLATE, THROUGH WHICH THE ZONE/SPACE ENCLOSED WITHIN THE WELDED AREA (17) IS VACUUMED OUT; SEALING THE OPENING (18) OR OPENINGS (18); PLACING AND HEATING THE SUPERIMPOSED PLATES COMBINATION INTO A THREE-STAGE CONTINUOUS HEATING FURNACE (4);DESCALING (5) THE EXPOSED SURFACES OF THE SUBSTRATE SLABS (13); ELEVEN TO SEVENTEEN COARSE ROLLING (6); WATER DESCALING (7); FIVE TO NINE FINISHING ROLLING (8) TO PRODUCE 4.5 TO 20MM THICK COMPOSITE METAL PLATE. THIS IS FOLLOWED BY THREE TO FIVE TIMES HOT STRAIGHTENING AND FLATTENING PROCESS (9) SHEARING (11) AFTER COOLING (10) TO 200°C. AFTER SHEARING (11), THE SUPERIMPOSED PLATES BECOME THE REQUIRED COMPOSITE METAL PLATES OR CAN BE FURTHER COLD-ROLLED (22) INTO COMPOSITE METAL COILS.(FIG 6)
