An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device is provided to include an electrode joining unit to connect a lamp and a lamp wire easily by screw joining, and prevent a quality problem caused by the disconnection of the lamp wire as the electrode joining unit does not expose the leading wire of the lamp wire to the outside. An LCD device comprises an LCD panel, a driving circuit unit, and a backlight unit. The LCD panel displays an image. The driving circuit unit drives the LCD panel. The backlight unit supplies light to the LCD panel. The backlight unit comprises a lamp(310), a lamp electrode unit(315), an electrode joining unit(320), and a lamp wire(325). The lamp generates light. Fastening units for the lamp electrode unit are formed in both side ends of the lamp. A socket(321) is formed to be joined to the lamp electrode unit in the electrode joining unit. The lamp wire is connected to the lamp joining unit. |
