<p>The method involves remotely making a check upon receiving data representative of a cryogenic fluid feed line (2), a valve, a storage tank, an ambient condition in a room (A), specimens, or a container (3) or refrigerator (4) to verify state of a cryogenic fluid e.g. liquid nitorgen, or electrical supply for the container/refrigerator, state of an opening/closing unit of the container/refrigerator, or temperature within the container/refrigerator. The data are associated with the specimens, and stored for being associated with the specimens. An independent claim is also included for a system for checking and controlling a cryopreservation installation.</p> |
