Disclosed is a compound of formula (II) or (II'), wherein R1 is hydrogen, R2 is a substituted phenyl or a substituted 3-7-membered saturated or partially unsaturated monocyclic ring having 0-3 heteroatoms selected from nitrogen, oxygen, or sulfur, or an 8-12-membered saturated or partially unsaturated bicyclic ring system having 0-5 heteroatoms independently selected from nitrogen, oxygen or sulfur, and the remaining substituents are as defined in the specification. The compounds are useful as inhibitors of protein kinases.
