PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To much reduce an irregularity in a core loss characteristic by a method wherein an insulation resistance value per layer across laminated layers is specified according to the thickness of soft magnetic thin plates in a core in which the thin plates having a specific thickness are laminated. SOLUTION: In a core in which soft magnetic thin plates having a plate thickness of about 0.05mm or higher and about less than 0.1mm are laminated, an insulation resistance value per layer across laminated layers is set at about 1.0Ω.cm<2> or higher. In addition, in a core in which soft magnetic thin plates having a plate thickness of about 0.1mm or higher are laminated, an insulation resistance value per layer across laminated layers is set at about 0.3Ω.cm<2> or higher. In addition, as a method of obtaining the insulation resistance value per layer across the laminated layers at the core, a method in which tension in the winding operation of a core on a mold is controlled is used in the case of a wound core, and a method in which the caulking pressure of a bolt used to fix a core is controlled is used in the case of a laminated core in which cut plates are laminated. Thereby, an irregularity in the core loss characteristic of the core can be much reduced. |
