A mounting structure of a basket assembly for a refrigerator is provided to prevent a moving freely of the basket due to an in and out movement thereof from occurring by securely holding the basket on a pinion as well as a hanger wire at the same time. A mounting structure of a basket assembly for a refrigerator comprises a pair of hanger wires(34) installed at both sides of a basket(30), which is freely moving in and out a storage compartment of the refrigerator, a pair of connecting members(40) installed at both sides of the storage compartment and having a fastener unit for fixing the hanger wires. The basket is composed of a plurality of wires by assembling in a direction crossing together. The fastener unit includes a pair of fixing portions(35) disposed on both side of the basket in front and rear directions and spaced apart from each other by a certain interval, respectively, and a pair of hanger ribs(44) provided on the top of a supporting rib with corresponding to the fixing portions. |
