A plasma display apparatus is provided to reduce EMI(Electromagnetic Interference) by implementing a cover plate with insulating materials around a flexible circuit substrate. A plasma display apparatus includes a plasma display panel(11), a chassis base(17), a scan buffer board(15ca), a signal delivery member(100), and a cover plate(110). The plasma display panel is attached to one surface of the chassis base. The scan buffer board, which is attached to the other surface of the chassis base, is electrically connected to the scan electrodes of the plasma display panel. The signal delivery member electrically connects scan electrode terminals extended from the plasma display panel with the scan buffer board. The cover plate, which is formed at an outer side of the signal delivery member, covers the signal delivery member.
