A panel with a reinforcing frame is provided to reinforce internal force of the panel and to construct the building rapidly without an auxiliary frame by integrating the reinforcing frame at the panel. A reinforcing frame(200) is integrated at one side of a panel(100). Through holes(130) are formed at the upper and lower parts of the panel and the reinforcing frame. Exterior members(300) are assembled at the outside of the reinforcing frame. The reinforcing frame is assembled with the panel.
