A rear duct structure of a dual type air conditioning system for a vehicle is provided to prevent an air discharge from a rear roof duct of the dual type air conditioning system and to prevent pressure-raising due to the stagnated cold wind or hot wind. A rear duct structure of a dual type air conditioning system for a vehicle comprises a main duct(30), a plurality of branch duct(41) communicated to the main duct, and a roof duct(40). The main duct extends to a ceiling of the vehicle and has an end connected to a rear evaporator unit(10) and a heat unit(20). The branch duct includes a vent grill portion(42) capable of opening and closing to control an air which is respectively branched to the front of the vehicle and then discharged to an indoor of the vehicle. The roof duct includes a bridge portion(43) communicating with the adjacent branch ducts. Each branch duct is provided with at least two vent grill portions.
