The stator (1) has a stator part (2) formed as a hollow body and comprising an accommodating space (5) for accommodating a rotary armature. A wall of stator section is made of a magnetically conductive material, and is provided with permanent magnets (3, 4, 6, 7). The stator part is produced as a sintered component part, and is sectionally made of a soft-magnetic sintered material. The stator part has sections made of various sintered materials with different physical characteristics. The stator part is sectionally made of soft-magnetic and hard-magnetic sintered materials. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a stator.
