A tap-connector for an automatic high voltage regulator and a high voltage circuit breaker is provided to facilitate installation and replacement by installing a connection member and a connector in a housing. A tap-connector(100) for an automatic high voltage regulator and a high voltage circuit breaker includes a housing(10), a coil connection unit(20), and a switching connection unit(30). The housing has a predetermined receiving space. The coil connection unit is formed on one side of the housing and connected to a coil or a plurality of coil bobbin drawing terminals. The switching connection unit is formed on the other side of the housing and connected between the coil connection unit and a switching unit. The coil connection unit includes through holes(11) to receive the coil or the plurality of coil bobbin drawing terminals. Connection members(21) are installed in the through holes and electrically connected to the drawing terminals. The switching unit includes connectors(31) connected to the connection members of the coil connection unit.
