An organosilane-based compound, a light emitting material comprising the compound, and an organic electroluminescent device containing the light emitting material are provided to improve blue light emitting efficiency, color coordinate and thermal stability. An organosilane-based compound is represented by the formula 1, wherein n is an integer of 1-4; Ar is an aryl group represented by the formula (a); and R is independently H, a C6-C20 aryl group containing a C1-C20 alkyl group, a C6-C20 aryl group containing a C1-C20 alkoxy group, a C4-C20 heteroaryl group containing a sulfur atom, a nitrogen atom, etc., or a C4-C30 aryl group containing a tertiary aryl (or alkyl) amine group.
