Described is a preparation in the form of an emulsion, which besides usual cosmetics ingredients contains a wax component and an emulsifier of formula (I) wherein R1 is a straight or branched chain with (11) to (23) C-atoms, which can have (0) to (5), preferably (0) to (3) double bonds, and R2 is a polyvalent alcohol with (3) to (12) C-atoms, which has (2) to (8), preferably (3) to (5) OH-groups and a method for producing the same.
