A separator for a secondary battery is provided to improve porosity of a separator and to enhance the stability of a separator when a separator is processed into a form of thin film. A separator(300) for a secondary battery is interposed between a positive electrode plate(100) which comprises a positive electrode current collector coated with a positive electrode active material(120) and a positive electrode plate(200) which comprises a negative electrode current collector coated with a negative electrode active material(220), and is provided with a plurality of pores(320) formed by a partition wall structure. Preferably the partition wall structure forming pores is formed by crossing fabric cloth(310) alternatively. |
