A brightness enhancement film is provided to achieve 2-dimensional focusing and uniform diffusion by adding diffusion particles into a curved prism unit. A brightness enhancement film includes a substrate(11), plural curved prism units(12), and diffusion particles(13). First and second surfaces(11a,11b) are formed on the substrate. At least one curved draft surface is formed on the curved prism unit, such that incident beam from the second surface is guided to cause 2-dimensional refraction. The diffusion particles are added into the curved prism unit, such that incident beams from the second surface are diffused at the same time. The incident beam is emitted from the curved prism unit.
