A belt driving device for engine auxiliary machinery capable for controlling the dynamic tension is provided to reduce the resonance and noise of a belt span effectively by applying the predetermined periodical vibration to a belt. A belt driving device for engine auxiliary machinery capable for controlling the dynamic tension comprises a driving belt. The driving belt connects between a crank shaft pulley and each accessory pulley to drive each accessory in an engine of a vehicle by using the torque of the crank shaft. The accessories are an alternator, a water pump, a power steering oil pump, and an air conditioning compressor. The specific accessory pulley connected to the driving belt at any one of a belt input and a belt output in the alternator pulley has an oval type. The specific accessory pulley having the oval type is a water pump pulley(W) connected to the belt input and the belt output of the alternator pulley by the driving belt. The ratio of longest diameter and the shortest diameter in the specific accessory pulley is 1.15:1.
