A hydraulic system of a 3-pump control valve for energy saving is provided to improve operation efficiency by operating a lift cylinder and a tilt cylinder, and the lift cylinder and an auxiliary cylinder simultaneously even in a load state. A hydraulic system of a 3-pump control valve for energy saving includes first to third pumps(12,13,14), a steering unit(4), a priority valve(3), and a main control valve(10). The steering unit is operated by pressure oil supplied from the first pump. The priority valve is installed on a passage between the first pump and the steering unit to selectively supply the pressure oil of the first pump to the steering unit or the main control value according to load pressure of the steering unit. The main control valve operates an actuator by the pressure oil of the first and second pumps. The main control valve is composed of the first and second pumps to discharge the pressure oil for operating a mast and a fork, a lift control spool(15) to supply the pressure oil to a lift cylinder(5), a tilt control spool(16) to supply the pressure oil to a tilt cylinder(6), and an auxiliary control spool(17) to supply the pressure oil to an auxiliary cylinder(7). |
