A remote call control method and its terminal are provided to remove the user inconvenience of making a call to a service center by a user if the user loses a mobile terminal so that the mobile terminal cannot be used by someone else. A virtual machine executing unit(260) executes a Java middlet to provide a form for creating a call control message for controlling a call remotely. A program unit(232) stores a call control program for controlling a call based on the call control message. A communicating unit(210) wirelessly transmits the call control message or receives the call control message. A controller(230) controls the virtual machine executing unit to create the call control message through the form, and when the call control message is received via the communicating unit, the controller controls to parse the received call control message and execute a call control function set by a user. A display unit(240) displays an operational state of a terminal, and a storage unit(250) stores the call control message received through the communication unit.
