A two-story washing machine is provided to prevent damage to laundry and to reduce washing time by dividing a predetermined amount of laundry and washing in two different washing units at the same time. A two-story washing machine comprises a plurality of control units(3,4), a plurality of power buttons(5,6), a cold water supply hose, and a warm water supply hose. The control units are located adjacent to each other at the center of front side of the washing machine or separately located at the upper part and the center of front side of the washing machine. The power buttons are formed on the control units respectively, and turn on only a washing unit in operation, thereby reducing power consumption. The cold and warm water supply hoses are connected to two washing units respectively. |
