A method and a system for inducing payment of wishing goods are provided to induce an SMS(Short Message Service) message receiver to buy/give the wishing goods included in a wish list to a goods requestor by enabling the goods requestor to send an SMS message including the wish list to the SMS message receiver. A message transmitter(610) transmits an SMS message including a URL(Uniform Resource Locator) and a wish box ID by receiving a receiver mobile number from a goods requestor. A wish list provider(620) reads a wish list corresponding to the wish box ID from a database from the database and provides the wish list by receiving the wish box ID from a message receiver connected to the URL. A payment service provider(630) provides a payment service for selected wishing goods when the message receiver selects one wishing goods from the wish list. The payment service provider includes a membership determiner determining whether or not the message receiver is a member. The payment service provider provides the payment service at a first price when the message receiver is not the member, and provides the payment service at a second price lower than the first price when the message receiver is a member.
