A cooling system of a computer system and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to radiate heat energy easily by regularly distributing flow of air which passes through the computer system. A cooling system of a computer system includes the first air circulator(20), the second air circulator(22) and a chassis(28). The chassis holds a motherboard(44) in an internal space. The motherboard is oriented for cards(50,52,54) combined at the motherboard to be arranged for making the first air circulator positioned at one side of the cards and the second air circulator positioned at the other side of the cards. The motherboard is oriented for arranging the cards at least partially between the first and the second air circulator.
