Shoes with a tracking function and a tracking system using the same are provided to cope with an emergency quickly by easily finding out the location of the wearer and to track the location without setting by inserting a subscriber discrimination chip being used into new shoes. Shoes with a tracking function comprise a signal receiving unit(200) formed at one side of the shoes to receive a signal emitted from plural satellites(10) or a base station(20); a location checking unit(300) checking the present location by analyzing a signal transmitted to the signal receiving unit; a location transmitting unit(400) transmitting the location detected by the location checking unit to the base station; a subscriber discrimination module unit(500) linked with the location transmitting unit and including information for distinguishing the subscribers; and a power supply(600) installed at one side of the shoes to supply power. In particular, the subscriber discrimination module unit is removably installed in the shoes and attached in new shoes in case of exchanging the shoes to distinguish the subscribers without setting.
