An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to laminate a reflection plate, a light source unit and optical sheets or the like sequentially after receiving an inverter into an inverter receiving groove of a lower cover, thereby improving the assembling efficiency and reducing assembling time by removing the necessity for assembling a special shielding case. An LCD(100) comprises an LC panel(120), a light source unit, an inverter(180) and a lower cover(170). The light source unit radiates light to the rear of the LC panel. The inverter is disposed in the rear of the light source unit, and supplies power to the light source unit. The lower cover has at least one inverter receiving groove(173) for receiving the inverter. The lower cover includes a bottom unit(171) and a side unit(175) bent from an edge of the bottom unit. The inverter receiving groove is recessed from the bottom unit. In the inverter receiving groove, plural protrusion units(174) for coupling the inverter with the lower cover are formed. |
