An automatic washer of a meat roaster is provided to maximize the efficiency of washing by installing a transfer chain for adjusting the width according to the size of a meat roaster and a bracket for holding the meat roaster. An automatic washer of a meat roaster comprises upper/lower brushes(5,6) driven by a driving motor inside a main body(2), a nozzle(8) supplying washing water, and a conveyor(9). The conveyor driven between the upper/lower brushes transfers a meat roaster. A clearance control part at two sides of the main body controls the clearance between the upper/lower brushes by vertically transferring the upper/lower brushes. The conveyor consists of a driving shaft(31) driven by a driving motor(M2) at the rear, an engaging shaft(32) at the front, and sprockets(31a,32a). The sprockets include a transfer chain(35) in which a bracket having a support groove for supporting a meat roaster at two sides of the driving shaft and the engaging shaft from the rear is installed at a predetermined interval. The transfer chain fitted into the sprockets on the driving shaft and the engaging shaft is a double chain.
