A method for manufacturing an aluminum polymer condenser having improved electric characteristics is provided to increase durability by firmly maintaining a condenser element by a low density silicon resin injection and coating. A method for manufacturing an aluminum polymer condenser having improved electric characteristics includes the steps of: digesting an aluminum condenser element to a silicon resin solution after a carbonization process and a polymerization process of a conductive polymer; and filling, drying and hardening the aluminum condenser element with the silicon resin solution. The silicon resin solution digestion step includes the steps of: performing the silicon resin solution digestion in a low density silicon resin solution that the silicon resin is mixed with an organic solvent agent by 1:3-5 weight ratio; and performing the silicon resin solution digestion in a high density silicon resin solution that the silicon resin is mixed with an organic solvent agent by 1:1-2 weight ratio.
