PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-spring type vibration isolator with diaphragms for reinforcing a trunk of the device main body which are durable in the long- time use. SOLUTION: This vibration isolator has the trunk 8 of the device main body with a space 7 inside, a pair of diaphragms 11 with a curved part 11a and a curved part 12a, a reinforcing ring 13 attached to the outer circumference of the trunk 8, a square upper plate 21 attached to the upper side of the trunk 8, a square lower plate 22 attached to the lower side of the trunk 8, and an air passage 24 to the space 7 piercing through a cylinder part 2a. The curved part 11a of each diaphragm, corresponding to a curved part 3 on the outer surface, is formed to cover the area from the outer circumference to the curved part 3 on the outer surface of a flat plate 2b in each of a pair of shock absorbing members 5A and 5B, and the curved part 12a, corresponding to a curved part 4 on the inner surface, is formed to cover the curved part 4 on the inner surface facing at least the space 7 in each shock absorbing member 5A or 5B. |
