PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely display the present position of a vehicle on a map even if the vehicle is stopped or parked in a position along a road out of the road. SOLUTION: This device has a position correction part for correcting the present position of the vehicle by map matching, a stopping point range determination part for determining whether the vehicle is within a stopping point zone or not, and a display control part for changing the display mode of the present position based on whether the vehicle is within the stopping point zone or not.
